Valet Display
The Digital Whiteboard For Customer Pickup Requests
Monthly customers and attendants use the Valet Display system to enter vehicle pickup times. Gone are the days of manually writing requests on a whiteboard or chalkboard. Valet Display shows all pickups, by day, in chronological order and alerts the garage attendants before each pickup time. Customers can also text their pickup information directly to the screen and remotely change or cancel their pickups. Utilizing technology enhances both the procedures within the garage, and customer service.
How It Works
1
Customers or attendants enter
pickup requests into the Valet
Display screen or customers
text from their phones.

2
All pickup requests are
displayed on the
appropriate day, in
chronological orders.

3
The Valet Display
screen creates an alert
before each pickup
request time.

Text Ahead Valet Service From Any Web-Enabled Device
Customers can text their pickup time and ticket number to the valet, or employees can request cars from their desktop computer or any web-enabled device directly through the ElimiWait Parking Portal letting the valet know when a vehicle is needed. Attendants get alerted before the customer arrives and the customer’s wait time is reduced. Everyone benefits. Staff at hotels and hospitals request cars for guests and patients which replaces the need to call the valet and provides historical tracking of all requests entered.
How It Works
1
Pickup requests are sent from a
mobile phone or via ElimiWait’s
on-line portal.

2
The valet or garage receives all
requests via a Printer or
Touchscreen.

3
Automated confirmation replies for
each pickup request are sent from
the valet or garage.
